Creamy, delicious smoothie bowls are currently all the rage in the health world. They make an amazing breakfast or lunch and are pretty much like ice cream, but healthy. I have to say that I love banana in just about any type of smoothie. It adds such a rich creaminess (especially when frozen beforehand) that is hard to achieve with other fruits alone.  I really love getting a great dose of plant based protein and high influx of nutrients and antioxidants in the morning or after a great workout to rebuild my muscles.
