About Me

Hello and welcome to my site! My name is Samantha, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist living in Long Island, NY.  I am a lover of whole, real foods and love experimenting in the kitchen to promote optimal gut health and allow the body to achieve it’s full potential for health and wellness. I hope that I can inspire you to try some new healthy foods of your own and provide you with evidence-based nutrition to inspire your gut healing journey, whether you’ve dealt with unresolved digestive issues, fatigue, brain fog and even skin conditions that are related to poor gut function and dysbiosis of the microbiome. 

 My goal is to help you create easy, gut healing and nourishing foods that taste amazing too!  Healthy eating isn’t just about boring and bland salads and counting calories (I don’t count calories and don’t recommend it to my clients).  I want you to feel good about eating healthy and never think of the word “diet” or feeling deprived.  Everything on this site is meant to nourish your body and to make you feel amazing from the inside out– all while loving how you eat and keeping a positive outlook!

I also love sports and fitness (I was a NCAA Division III Lacrosse player in college), gardening, nature, hikes, anything beachy, and my lovable pooch Gucci. I have a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition in addition to be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and have been helping clients achieve a healthy lifestyle for 4+ years.
